"Maximizing Teamwork: The Key to Having a Good Team"

Teamwork allows leaders to pool the strengths and skills of individuals, enabling the team to move in a unified direction toward shared goals. A leader must be able to foster collaboration and trust among their teams, as well as establish clear communication channels.

 

We are all leaders in this Management Team.  We have a lot of work ahead of us but I am positive we can be a great management team for AHHH and our community. We are also all experienced teachers/ instructors in this management team.
